BOOKING DETAILS
  • Weekly prices and availability can be found on our Availability & Bookings page. Short breaks are only available as last minute bookings at any time of year. 

  • Weekly lets run from 3.00 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday. 

 

  • We accept bookings by contacting Steve Mear, details of which can be found on our Contact Details page.

TO BOOK A COTTAGE
  •  After contacting Steve Mear to agree your booking dates, please send your agreed deposit to arrive no later than five working days after the booking was made.  If paying by cheque please make it payable to Mr S R Mear and send it to:

Please make sure to include your name and arrival/departure details as agreed.  If paying by bank transfer we will send you an e-mail with our bank details.

  • ​The cottage will be reserved and held provisionally or you for five days to allow time for payment.

  • Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and these will be kept for five days
    .

  • Confirmation of booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the 20% non-refundable deposit.
     

  • The balance of the full cost of the holiday is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.
     

  • The cottage can only be occupied by the listed number of people. The owner has the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
     

  • Cottages will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
     

  • No smoking and no pets are allowed in the cottages.
     

  • Any complaints should be directed to the proprietor who will attempt to resolve any problems to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
     

  • In the unfortunate case of you needing to cancel your holiday, the balance will be refunded only if the owners are successful in re-letting the cottage. Holiday cancellations must be made in writing and sent by 1st class post.
     

  • Cottages are let on the basis that all holiday makers will take due care and consideration while in the facilities and pay for any damage caused.
